Challenge & Context

🧩 The main challenge of the project was usability. The client’s requirement was centered on blue-collar workers who were finding it difficult to use existing online platforms to create resumes and present themselves professionally online. 🎯 A key part of the project context was the need to keep the interface easy to understand and simple to use. The project specifically required strong attention to user interface and user experience so that users with lower familiarity with web applications could still complete their profile and use the platform effectively.

Approach & Architecture

🏗️ We approached Jobs Boost as a practical, usability-first recruitment platform. The architecture needed to support two distinct but connected user journeys: workers creating and managing their resumes, and employers registering and searching for suitable candidates through structured profile data. 🧱 From a product perspective, the platform was shaped around accessibility, simple interaction flows, and a straightforward information architecture. This helped keep the system aligned with the project’s core goal: making online resume creation and worker discovery easier for users who may not be comfortable with more complex digital platforms.
